MEDICAL OPINION COMPLIMENT SLIP

 LETTER FROM HEATH HOUSE HOSPITAL dated June 1999

 I am Alyn James and in 1998 I was a NHS Dentist working in Briton Ferry, West Glamorgan..  
I worked, in total, for the NHS for 23 years having qualified in Summer 1975 and moved to Wales in 1985.
 I had these problems and then was suddenly hospitalised/sectioned and then retired, without my knowledge, on June 11th 1998.The diagnosis was "a high risk suicide".

During my stay in hospital the destruction of my life started.

Please read the Medical Opinion as THAT WAS the ONLY indication of Dr RB John's treatment plan I EVER received. No indication that I was to be hospitalised is in that "legal document".

In October 2007 I re discovered, in a pile of divorce papers from 1997/1998, a compliment slip attached to the front page of the medical opinion both folded in the middle of this letter from my wife

 The Medical Opinion was REFUSED as evidence throughout as it was "new" and thus in-admissible despite being written one week before I was hospitalised.

His response  throughout has been " I do not remember" BUT astoundingly the Welsh NHS Complaint Service ^tm says that Dr RB John is exemplary and the "treatment" he organised was "sound" and "professional".

I have lost my 23 years career as a NHS dentist for no reason.                An INTENTIONAL mis-diagnosis destroyed my life totally.

The problems before and the REASON for Dr RB John's misdiagnosis that I was a HIGH RISK SUICIDE that caused all this

Coincidentally I have also been refused treatment in 2004 for pneumonia and nearly lost part of my left lung. I have also been diagnosed as having a serious heart problem, 2007, and have NO discernible pulse, or recordable blood pressure in my left arm BUT because of the investigations into my "heart condition" I also have a very weak pulse in my right radial artery with pain in my right thumb and wrist, an unresolved haematoma and a constriction of the right radial artery. BUT because of the attitude of many GP's in my last surgery I am unable to ask questions, in order that I may understand this "illness". For example I was sent to the local Mental health Unit "as an ungrateful patient" and also told to "move on as some things. my loss of my Dental career, will never be resolved" when I went to a GP for reassurances about my coronary problems following a bypass in March 2008. I was then comprehensively denied my rights as a NHS patient until I was removed from Castle Surgery's list mid 2009. I was forced to suffer verbal abuse from one GP, in particular, and referred to a Psychiatrist AGAIN because of a medical mistake. I asked MANY times for referral to the relevant consultants but this was always ignored by Castle Surgery.

 I also have had to suffer the abysmal attitude of the GP's, and ancillary staff, in Castle Surgery. My second medical disaster in WALES again caused by medical professionals who also were "long time friends" of Dr RB John. My sister Dr KE James also agreed, in August 2009, that this was true.

I am now destined to die sooner rather than later because my trust in Doctors has been totally destroyed.

HOWEVER

My current GP's surgery have addressed ALL my queries about the bypass, circulatory and coronary conditions by referring me, at the FIRST appointment to the relevant consultants. I have NO need to see them and await the appointments in Neath Port Talbot Hospital..
