I asked Dr RB John: no response. I wrote to him: He was upset that I thought that he did not do all in his power to help me and wrote to a dentist on the Local Health Board saying that I was "in direct conflict" with the dentist's suggestion that I should be retired. Therefore denying his responsibilities as my General Practitioner.

The letter from the now deceased Mike Mills Davies was dated late 1998, after the date of Dr A's Medical Opinion.

I asked for help/counselling but was ignored for 18 months.  I rang social services and was "refused" help. I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau and they initially organised me an Advocate. His appearance was "uncared for" and he KEPT calling me Mr Jones and didn't seemed to know what to do let alone assist me in trying to resolve my problem. He was, to say the least, not much help.

 

I wrote to the British Dental Association and received sympathy for my disaster and was advised to use the honorary title of Doctor to enable me to receive some respect. A Dr Brown of my 3rd Doctor's Surgery since Dr RB John was extremely insulting about my use of HER title, seemingly forgetting that her use of the title Doctor is ALSO honorary

 

I wrote twice to the British Medical Association but they never replied.

 

I contacted many Solicitors but as I had no money ALL REFUSED to help, one saying that I DO HAVE A STRONG CASE FOR Medical Negligence

 

I wrote to my MP  a few times and he said every time he would not be able to assist me in my complaint. I saw his agent many times and on the ONLY occasion I saw Mr Hain he appeared sympathetic but would not assist me in any way.

 

I wrote to my Welsh Assembly Member, Gwenda Thomas, to try and get a reply from Dr RB John before the formal complaint started and she said she would not be able to assist me in my complaint. BUT she DID write to the Local Health Board to attempt to get Dr Rb John to reply 9 months after the start of the Local Health Board Complaint. His was reply was that "he was always there for me BUT he did not remember anything as he did not have access to my notes". Apparently a file is still open in her office but her agent does not know why.

 

I wrote to Tony Blair as our PM and I received a surprisingly sympathetic letter form his office with advice that I had already followed, sadly.

 

I wrote to the General Medical Council outlining my complaint but received no replies. Although they contacted me in October 2007 saying that the 5 year time limit for his negligence was up BUT there was a case to answer regarding the attitude of Dr Mair Williams . They referred her case to the Local Health Board but  I  have not received a reply. At the same time I was refused treatment for pneumonia and "sexually harassed" by my new GP, Dr Mair Williams

 

 

THEN

 

       The formal complaint with Local Health Board where they investigated their Medical Director and YET refused to say that Dr A WAS indeed the Medical Director DESPITE that fact being common knowledge and ALSO on their Website, at the time. This is a Conflict of Interest yet their "investigation" was deemed sound by the Welsh NHS. The original Chief Executive REFUSED to respond and the acting CEO on telling me that DR A WAS the Medical Director passed my complaint to the Independent Review.

 

      Independent Review under a Mr D H Simpson  said Dr A replied from "his personal and private notes" that he had kept about me. Yet his reply, to the question, Who organised for me to go to hospital was accepted. His reply was "I do not remember as I do not have access to Mr James' Medical Notes".

They also said I was paranoid with delusions of persecution and dislocation from reality

But his treatment, 18 months AFTER my release from hospital was exemplary.

       The NHS Ombudsman  agreed with the Independent Review BUT said that DR A WAS CAUSATIVE of my total destruction but would not find Dr A at fault. Mr A Peat the Ombudsman, refused to give me the documentation they hold, under the Freedom of Information or Data Protection Acts as the MAJORITY of the documentation was already in my possession.

 

       The Healthcare Inspectorate said Dr RB JOhn was EXEMPLARY in his actions and Dr Caroline Jones said that "as a side effect of my illness was memory loss then I probably forgot what Dr A said to me. In effect I forgot what Dr A did not tell me.  My heart condition started about now.
