MEDICAL OPINION COMPLIMENT SLIP

LETTER FROM HEATH HOUSE HOSPITAL dated June 1999

The compliment slip came to light in October 1997 when I had to move an incredibly heavy sideboard because of a central heating disaster.

The contents of one drawer fell on the floor and I found it stapled to the front page of the medical opinion that was folded in amongst some of my divorce correspondence from 1998.

I recognised the ex-wife's writing and as I picked that up out fell the slip. I remember receiving HER letter all right.
