Is this good Medical Practice to intentionally deliver this BY LETTER as proved by the Compliment Slip?
AT NO time did he say that plans for my retirement WERE underway to enable me time to do what was necessary.
If what is written in the following opinion IS TRUE and as I do not remember the situations, he detailed in my practice, this suggests that I WAS MORE seriously ill than I thought and YET the ONLY communication I received from him was BY LETTER with the attached compliment slip. The wording of which however suggests that he was making up his diagnosis. His response to the complaint also shows his guilt.
