I STILL WANT TO KNOW why I was suddenly retired on the grounds of ill health and taken off the dental register on June 12th 1998??

I was threatened with being sectioned when I asked questions. This was the first I had ever heard of the 'need' for hospitalisation. I was given no choice in my treatment "for stress" and was promised that my 99% NHS Dental Practice would be safe, in Health Authority guidance within 24 hours.

My sister who worked with Dr RB John for over 20 years, has admitted in July 2009 that she knew what was happening to me in 1998 but she chose to defend Dr RB JOhn by refusing me help when I desperately asked for it. She said that she would NOT INTERFERE AS "Dr John MEANT WELL"

Thus confirming, in my opinion, that the Medical Opinion was a fictitious piece of work and that I subsequently lost my career as a NHS Dentist because Dr RB John seemingly INTENTIONALLY destroyed me.

I thought that Four scenarios surrounding the time from 4th June 1998 to 11th June 1998 existed BUT my sister's admission of complicity now shows that Scenario 3 is the only scenario possible. And that Dr John INTENTIONALLY destroyed my career and also then INTENTIONALLY and CORRUPTLY influenced the NHS Complaint in his favour.

I knew I was extremely stressed at the time and had been seeing Dr RB John  for treatment BUT 6 weeks later, on my discharge from hospital, I was immediately embroiled in a fight against bankruptcy which was entirely created by the NHS and Dr RB John in particular. Almost 4 years of pure hell followed, whilst I was struggling with the dreadful side effects of psychiatric medicines, as I dealt with this unexpected financial disaster by myself, with absolutely no help from anyone.

I started a complaint in 2003 having exhausted the more friendly approaches to Dr RB John. I asked him at the time and now more formally via the complaint, for a simple, honest explanation of his treatment decisions from 12th June 1998.

The NHS Complaint Service insinuated I suffered from paranoia, delusions of persecution, and dislocation from reality all because I reasonably wanted answers why my dental career was destroyed and why, in effect, I was "struck off", for no reason. Dr RB John was found to be 'exemplary' whilst I fought financial bankruptcy and medical incompetence. His response to my complaint was "I do not remember". And the NHS allowed him to get away with 'not remembering' calling such unprofessional memory failure 'exemplary'.

I deserve more than this after 23 years as a NHS Dentist, 13 in my lost practice. I have a large debt for the rest of life I can never clear, both financial and mental because of the lost 41 years from starting University to now.I also lost 15 years working as a dentist to my retirement age. I have been abysmally treated by the NHS and have lost everything I worked so hard for.

These were my problems before I was hospitalised

I received his Medical Opinion, by post, as the only indication that "it would be in my best interests if I took early retirement" dated 4th June 1998 (Thursday) BUT no indication of any time scale.

This is how I was told I was to be hospitalised within 24 hours. 11th June 1998 (Thursday )

These were the problems caused by the hospitalisation I was hospitalised and heavily medicated for 6 weeks. My time in hospital

This is how I was told I was retired.
