              As I said the Local Health Board refused to investigate my complaint and it was referred to the Independent Review in Brecon where they said her treatment was exemplary.Interestingly the General Medical Council in Manchester said there was a case to answer and have referred my complaint against Dr M*** W******** BACK to the Health Board. This was December 2007 and I have heard nothing since. I am not too certain how the GMC received my complaint as THEY wrote to me without my contacting them. I have not received a reply from the Health Board regarding this to date.

                    Also, in 2004, Dr M*** W******** ASKED for sight of my Medical Notes, as I had AGAIN changed surgeries, which is something Dr A NEVER DID.

In his response to the NHS Complaint he responded that "he was replying from memory as he did not have access to my Medical Notes and that he did not remember"

YET the Independent Review said he had "Private and personal notes" about me

At the time he was Medical Director of the Local health Board, the SAME Health Board that were investigating him.

Is that a conflict of interest?
