A compliment slip the presence of which shows he never intended to tell me THAT diagnosis face to face. What would be the reason for its  existence otherwise?

It was attached to The medical opinion  folded with  this letter from wife, all found in a drawer containing my old divorce papers that I have had no need to refer to, or so I thought.

All received before I was suddenly admitted to hospital and discovered when I had help moving a large side-board

after a Central heating disaster Nov 2007.

I do not remember receiving any letters from Dr A BUT I DO remember that letter from the  ex-wife.

BUT then if Dr A was so exemplary in his actions why did I receive a letter containing another medical opinion this time from the Consultant in Heath House Priory Hospital dated 29th June 1999   One year AFTER I was retired by Dr A. which says that I SHOULD NOT RETURN TO DENTISTRY. It proves that EVEN she did not know I was to be retired in June 1998.

Not even the retirement proceedings with the NHS Pensions agency could be done properly.
