I saw Dr F Gama and eventually after he listened to my cardiac symptoms he said THAT HE WOULD REFER ME TO THE CARDIAC CONSULTANT  for a review.

I said that THIS was basically what I asked  Dr Kahan at that appointment in April when she sent me to the Mental Health Gateway Team as an ungrateful patient, telling me to move on and get used to the loss of my career.

Dr F Gama then showed me Dr Kahan''s entry in my Medical Notes. Dr Kahan had written that

"I asked about the bypass and REQUESTED a psychiatric appointment and was grateful when she said she would arrange it."

I told Dr X that DR K had "not been truthful and that was not a true and accurate representation of that appointment.

I had asked for reassurance about the misdiagnosed heart condition and wished for reassurance as there was a familial history of male members of my family dieing, between the ages of 55 and 60, of sudden heart attacks.

I repeated my wish to die as I had said on Dec 21st repeating that I HAVE NEVER EVER requested a psychiatrist appointment from Dr Kahan or ANY other doctor for MANY years.

I reminded him that I had a letter, signed by him, that stated that " There was no annotation in my Medical Notes that I am a MENTAL PATIENT"  and that I have had FOUR 4 appointments with the Mental Health Services SINCE December 23rd.

I left in tears and rang him later to cancel the referral explaining that I had asked for this in APRIL 2008 and Dr Kahan had REFUSED this request and then lied to cover up her "bullying"
